Mutator is my oldest char creation originally designed back when i was in 5th grade. its been a long time but he is finally getting a story and a set of villains, he can shape shift normally changing his hands into more powerful blasters but can take on animal and humanoid forms for a limited time but his core powers are in his heated energy that can be as hot as the sun since his body holds the energy of a star. Mutator is a starborn obtaining the power of a dieing being named Morphious who was a star himself but instead of letting his essence be used as a weapon he gave it to a young boy in hopes that he would use it for good.
